Client Servicing Intern- Responsibilities:
1.Listing events.
2.Answering and resolving organiser queries.
3.Assist client management POC for requirements that come in.
4.Willing to work on weekends, will be given a comp off during the week.
5.Eventually working with clients for small projects.
Requirements:
1.Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2.Excellent oral and written communication skills.
3.Good in Excel and able to create and analyze data
4.Highly organized with strong attention to detail
5.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in client/customer service is a plus.
