After hearing this, a decision will be taken on his extradition. Earlier, Mehul Choksi’s lawyer Vijay Agarwal alleged that Choksi has been forcibly brought to Dominica.
Lawyer said, tortured
Vijay Aggarwal had claimed that Choksi was forcibly taken from Antigua to Dominica. Aggarwal even said that Choksi was tortured during this time. Torture marks can be seen on his body.
